All homeowners in the

belong to the Parkway Village Master Home Owners Association which is represented by this web site. The
Master HOA is responsible for maintaining the common areas including
the club house, fitness room,
swimming pool, hot tub,
tennis courts,
pond, the two entrances on Voss, the brick and wrought iron wall along
Voss and various common areas throughout the community. Monthly dues
are $28.00.
Casitas and Chalets at Parkway Village
The
single family homes north of Timberglen belong to the Casitas and
Chalets at Parkway Village. The Casitas and Chalets Association is
responsible for servicing the front lawns of these homes. The lawns are
mowed and edged, shrubs are trimmed and lawns are fertilized by this
association. Monthly dues are $30.00.
Villas Condominium Association
The
condominiums located in the center of Parkway Village belong to the
Villas Condominium Association. This association is responsible for
servicing the condominium's common area and providing maintenance and
insurance for the building shells. The Villas have a website at
